Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), HızlıResim, acting as the data controller, processes your personal data for the purposes and within the scope described below.
02Personal Data We Process
We process the following categories of data as necessary to provide the service:
- Identity and contact data: full name and email address (when you register or contact us)
- Transaction security data: IP address, device and session information, and sign-in activity
- Usage data: metadata for uploaded images, view statistics, and download statistics
- Requests and complaints: support requests and related correspondence

04Legal Bases for Processing
Your personal data is processed on the legal bases of entering into or performing a contract under KVKK Art. 5(2)(c), complying with a legal obligation under Art. 5(2)(ç), establishing or protecting a right under Art. 5(2)(e), and pursuing legitimate interests under Art. 5(2)(f). Where explicit consent is required, your data is processed on the basis of that consent under Art. 5(1).
05Data Transfers
To the extent required to provide the service and in accordance with KVKK Arts. 8–9, your personal data may be transferred to infrastructure and hosting providers, authorized public bodies, and competent authorities where required by law. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
06Retention Periods
Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it is processed. At the end of the applicable period, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized:
07Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
- Find out whether your personal data is being processed and request information about that processing
- Find out why your data is processed and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
- Find out which third parties in Türkiye or abroad receive your data
- Request correction, deletion, or destruction of your data and notification of these actions to its recipients
- Object to processing and seek compensation for any resulting loss
