01Parties and Acceptance
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are binding on all individuals and legal entities ("Users") that use the services provided by HızlıResim (the "Platform"). Uploading an image to the Platform or creating a link constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
02Scope of Service
HızlıResim provides image upload and hosting services, short links, QR codes, and sharing tools. Key features include:
- Unlimited image uploads (25 MB per file — free plan)
- Automatic sharing links (hizliresim.com/xxxx) and QR codes
- Optional password protection and retention settings
- REST API access for developers
03User Responsibilities
When using the service, Users agree to comply with applicable law and these Terms:
- Users represent that they hold the rights to the content they upload or have obtained all necessary permissions.
- Users must not share content that infringes another person’s rights.
- Users must not operate automated systems that abuse the service, including systems used for spam, scraping, or attacks.
04Prohibited Content
Uploading any of the following types of content is strictly prohibited. Content that violates these rules will be removed, and the associated account may be suspended:
- Content that infringes copyright or trademark rights
- Illegal, obscene, threatening, or hateful content
- Malware, phishing, or deceptive redirects
- Images that disclose personal data without authorization
05Intellectual Property and License
Users retain all rights to the images they upload. For as long as a link is shared, the User grants the Platform a limited license solely to host the content and make it accessible. The Platform does not use the content for marketing purposes.
06Privacy and Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with Privacy Policy and Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Uploaded images are stored in encrypted form, and access logs are retained only for security purposes.
07Pricing and Plans
Current limits on file count, file size, and usage are shown on the upload screen. Request limits may be applied to protect the service and maintain its availability.
08Limitation of Liability
The Platform does not assume legal liability arising from User content. The service is provided "as is." The Platform will make every reasonable effort to address outages, data loss, and similar incidents, but its liability for indirect damages is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
09Termination and Account Deletion
Users may delete their accounts at any time through their profile settings. A deletion request may be canceled within 24 hours. After that period, all images and links are permanently deleted. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms are violated.
10Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and through an in-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
